Building a legacy of athletics in Asian American communities
The Dynasty Project (TDP) creates innovative programs that enrich local APIA communities through athletics, and the pursuit of athletic endeavors.
TDP is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit that works with local community groups and organizations to build and sustain a legacy of athletics in APIA communities.
We Run As One (WRAO) is a summer basketball league for youth living primarily in the communities of Chinatown and the Lower East Side. WRAO was created to foster cultural exchange and is provided free to youth who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
In partnership with the Asian American Writer’s Workshop, Dat Winning offers a fellowship program for aspiring APIA sportswriters. The program connects fellows with mentoring editors who are established APIA professionals in the field.
The Dynasty Basketball Clinic is a weekly youth basketball clinic held on Saturday mornings during the school year at Lower Manhattan Community Middle School in the Financial District.
